MARINA RESERVOIR – Notification

Name of Notice: Shallow areas
Location: South Bank, Marina Channel
Due to failure of revertment walls along the Marina South bank of the Marina Channel, the areas near to the shoreline of the “Gardens by the Bay” construction site indicated in the map has become very shallow due to the raised seabed. These may not be visible during high tide. All reservoir users are strongly advised to keep at least 150m away from the south bank of the Marina Channel. Boats intended to leave or enter the Marina Reservoir through the boat hoist shall strictly advised to keep to the Marina East bank of the Marina Channel. The shallow areas are indicated by the orange buoys as shown below:
